Kuura Hat Kit

A fitted beanie worked in the round from a ribbed brim up, with vertical paneled texture that draws into a spiral at the crown. The brim is knit on smaller needles for structure, the body on larger needles for drape.

The kit includes one skein of Eco Cashmere in the color of your choice, both needle sizes you will need, the printed pattern, and everything packaged in our Nordic Yarn box.

Pattern specifics

• Skill level: Advanced beginner

• Sizes: S (M, L) To fit head circumference 46-48 cm / 18 inches (50-52 cm / 20 inches, 54-56 cm / 22 inches)

• Yarn: 1 skein of Eco Cashmere (100% cashmere, 50% recycled; 150 m / 164 yds per 50 g)

• Gauge: 22 sts x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches in stockinette stitch on larger needles after blocking

• Construction: Worked in the round from the brim up. The crown is shaped with decreases that form a spiral and can be finished with double-pointed needles or the magic loop technique.
